The hotel was high-class with attentive employees with every member of staff friendly and attentive. The location was amazing and handy, just 5 minutes walk from The Gallery. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was incredible.

The room I booked was kept clean and available with a view. Its location down the centre was great.
The bed was extremely squeaky, that's my bad luck.

The staff were attentive and helpful, cheerful and efficient - outstanding. The food was excellent - breakfast plentiful and great choice; our evening meal was truly delicious. It was excellent to be able to park in the hotel grounds. Our bedroom was roomy and very comfortable but the en-suite was not (see below).
The en-suite to Room 17 is barely acceptable. It was just about ok for a two night stay but certainly not longer - it is so cramped and crammed in: a contortionist would be ok but for us it was very poor. Our children were in another room (24) where the en-suite was a decent, usable size.

Staff polite friendly room was ok cofartable. Breakfast was good but expensive
room was dated but comfortable .shower was poor difficult to get temp right as same taps for bath and shower. Rooms need modernising. Expensive for what I consider to be a 2 or 3 star hotel..

The young man who we first met ( Tom ) was helpfulness itself, nothing was too much trouble he had a very welcoming manner and knew exactly what he was doing. We would like to wish him well in his new career.
As the weather was cold, so was the hotel could have done with the heating on at least for a while. A lot of noise from the room above, thin floors I think

Chic, modern decor, engaging lounge area, attentive management.
Room noise issues from adjacent units!!! Ineffective management of noisy guests left a lot to be desired!!! The bar and lounge atmosphere felt underwhelming and could greatly benefit from a more inviting feel!!!

The staff were very friendly and generally efficient. Even though the Menu did not vary and the choice was small, the food we chose was delicious and we were satisfied. The Dining Room was plain but attractive and we liked the overall ambience of the hotel
We found the music in the lounge area and the dining room was not conducive to relaxing to read or to eat! The music was not to our taste, anyway, and was too loud. We would have preferred no music at all

Hotel staff very friendly
Room & bathroom on the snug side. Thought it was expensive for the size of the room given we had carpark view. It cost an additiional sum for the dogs, but had we not have had the dogs, we would have paid the same room rate for a room with a much better view, we feel this is slightly unfair.

Room poor value for money along with the breakfast. Shower had mould on the tiles and the door to the bathroom area covered in dirty fingerprints. Also shower area too small.
